Small Lot Wine Tours: A Wine Tour and Designated Driver Service for Napa and Sonoma
Small Lot Wine Tours is a small, family owned, tour company dedicated to small, family owned wineries. While we believe each winery has their place and their purpose, we focus on boutique wineries as much as possible. We match our guests’ palate, price point, and desired experience with wineries in Napa and Sonoma, ensuring that you have memorable moments while in the wine country.
Sometimes visitors to wine country know exactly where they want to go but they want a safe driver. No worries, we can do that too. We are happy to be your designated driver for the day. Well even help you make appointments, plan the itinerary and make sure we take you on the best route to avoid traffic.

YOUR TOUR, YOUR RIDE, YOUR WAY
Our tours are private and custom to fit the needs of our guests. One thing that makes us different is that WE DO NOT PROVIDE A VEHICLE. We know that to get to Napa or Sonoma our guest will need a car, so why hire another one? Why not just use the car you already have? We also want to make sure you have the tour you want: Do you want Napa or Sonoma? Are you interested in white wines or red? Do you want to see the big iconic places such as Mondavi or Sterling, or do you want to discover the small family owned wineries that we specialize in? Lastly what do you hope to experience? Did you want to see a cave? Learn how wine is made? Experience a cheese pairing? Let us know and we’ll make it happen!
A UNIQUE SERVICE FOR UNIQUE WINES
We are a unique service that is family owned and operated. One thing that sets us apart from other driving service is that our background is WINE not driving. Many driving services are owned and operated by folks who at one time drove for a limo company or another tour company and then set out on their own. But we started our company out of a love of wine. Becky Sandoval has been working in wine for nearly 20 years. After working for corporate wineries, she worked and fell in love with smaller, family owned wineries. With a desire to help these smaller wineries get noticed and to show her guests the “real Napa” (and Sonoma) she started doing tours. She later married her husband, Ramon, who founded Vino Latino which focuses on Latino owned wineries. Their adult children and family friends also drive for them from time to time, all of them natives of the wine country and working in wine.
